The production line mainly includes: Coil group assembly/welding; Bimetal assembly welding unit; Mechanism group assembly; Shell feeding and assembly screw unit; Handle and magnetic group assembly; Shaft and bimetal group assembly; Jump pin, link level, pull rod and arc chamber assembly; Cover closing and mechanical test.

Each unit CT of assembly line is less than 3 seconds/pole, each unit CT of testing packing line is 1.5 seconds/pole, the 8-hour output of the whole line is more than 16,300 poles, and each unit is relatively independent, and can be produced separately. The whole line is equipped with an upper computer system, and the production data of each unit can be seamlessly connected with the ERP/MES data management system of the production company to realize data traceability.
