This machine is the first fully automatic thermal system welding machine launched by ACA in 2014 in China, filling the technological gap in the intelligent welding of thermal components for miniature circuit breakers. Its core positioning is to address the industry pain points of low efficiency, poor consistency, and uncontrollable thermal damage in traditional manual welding. Through high-precision mechanical and electrical coordination and temperature closed-loop management, it achieves micron-level precise welding of key components such as thermal bimetallic strips and compensation wires, ensuring the reliability and lifespan of the overload protection function of circuit breakers. The equipment is suitable for the production of thermal component products for circuit breakers of different specifications ranging from 10 to 63A, with short model changeover time. The welding heads and contact parts are made of tungsten-copper alloy or ceramic coating, reducing metal splatter adhesion and extending the equipment's lifespan. This equipment from ACA not only broke the pattern of relying on imported equipment for thermal component welding as the first domestic set, but also provided a high-reliability intelligent manufacturing foundation for the low-voltage electrical industry through micron-level precision control and zero-defect production management. Its technical framework has become the benchmark design for the automation production lines of domestic miniature circuit breakers, continuously empowering the quality upgrade of power equipment.
