This production line can achieve full process assembly automation of ACB:
1) Assembly line: Adopting the innovative assembly concept of the industry, manual material placement and pre assembly are adopted, and the automatic mechanism is coordinated with the fixture to simplify the assembly of dynamic and static contacts to 2 people; After assembly is completed, the tooling board and online caching method are used to connect with the main assembly inspection line, which realizes online manufacturing and solves the problem of switching from cutting to production.
2) Final assembly line: achieve automatic insertion of dynamic and static contacts into the base, automatic assembly of transformers (difficult threading), and automatic assembly; Automatic assembly of arc extinguishing chamber; Application of industrial robots, collaborative robots, 3D contour scanners, 2D vision, and flexible feeding systems in the production line;
3) Logistics automation: This project adopts forklift type AGV, latent AGV, material box robot, and composite robot (AMR) system to achieve the automation of the entire logistics line.
4) Detection of the reaction force of the moving contact spring;
5) Dynamic contact side plate riveting, static contact riveting force and displacement detection;
6) Using a 3D contour scanner to make open range and over range detection more accurate; At the same time, it can detect whether there is any warping or detachment of the silver dots on the moving contact after mechanical running in;
7) Automatic three position detection function for drawer type products;
8) Manual assembly material retrieval detection (with light prompts and grating detection), connected to Mes, can control the number of
retrieval times, bound to screw torque, number of turns, and number of locking screws, multi-dimensional judgment of assembly quality, to prevent missing or incorrect installation;
9) Visually detect false closing of the mechanism.
