Except for the necessary manual intervention, the other function units in the production line are designed in an automatic way. The main function units include:

Unit 01  Big substrate- LED & plug-in & leading wire plugging, welding, substrate shifting, cutting, transmission

Unit 02  LED group screw fixation + laser marking

Unit 03  Rotating and fixed grating attaching

Unit 04  Substrate group fixation

Unit 05  Substrate adjustment testing

Unit 06  Shell bracket assembly

Unit 07  Final test

Except for manual material preparation, shell bracket manual assembly, all parts are automatically loaded, assembly, detection and automatic unloading.
